Cake Monster -2009

Angel Food Cake, Chocolate Icing, Armature, and a rowdy crowd of food fighters. 

At the opening the cake was not being eaten, as if the audience seemed unwilling to remove the illusion of temporality.  Until... some brave souls reclaimed the essence of this food piece and started a massive cake fight, destroying the piece but possibly saving its soul.
